A wide, low disc of woven rattan, gently pinched at the sides so that two opposite points lift slightly: the Calypso wavy rattan pendant light is never perfectly flat and never perfectly round.

Its crossed weave lets the light out through thousands of tiny diamonds and scatters an intricate pattern around the room. The naturally blond fiber turns honey-toned once the bulb is on, and the undulating shade spreads the light more softly at its dipping edges and more directly at the center.
Designed to spread out rather than hang low, it gives a strong presence without crowding the space beneath, which makes it especially good over long dining tables and kitchen islands, or near a reading corner.
