Until November 30, you save 10% on orders from $300, 15% from $600 and 20% from $1,200. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no code to enter.
Most pieces arrive within 7–10 business days after your order is confirmed. Outdoor furniture is made to order and takes about four weeks. Customs or carriers can occasionally add a few days. All the details are in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping costs for your destination are shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply.
In addition to your statutory rights, it covers qualifying manufacturing defects and product quality issues for one year from delivery, or three years for outdoor furniture. Exclusions, such as normal wear and tear, accidental damage or improper use, are listed in our Refund & Return Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused piece. Our Refund & Return Policy explains how. Please write to us before sending anything back.
