Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Woven House pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. This applies to customers in the United States and Canada.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Custom or made-to-measure items, if any, are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Contact us through the contact form on our website with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please add photos if the item arrived damaged or defective. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before we have confirmed the return, as unconfirmed returns may be lost.

Any return shipping cost will be confirmed with you before you send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If it is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need several business days to show the refund on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Warranty

Woven House products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and outdoor furniture by a three-year warranty. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage from improper care, including leaving indoor items outdoors.

Cancellations

Because orders are placed with our supplier after your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the order has not yet been placed with our supplier, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Careful delivery

Most pieces arrive within 7–10 business days. Outdoor furniture is made to order and takes about four weeks.

Warranty

Every piece is covered by our One-Year Warranty, and outdoor furniture by a Three-Year Warranty.

Checkout is encrypted end to end, and you can return an unused piece within 30 days.
